In the Northern Hemisphere its harvest time and working with how to serve humanity and Mother Earth. Virgo says “Find the divine in the daily, love yourself in the little things,and remember—order is just another form of magic.”
The Virgo archetype in astrology is often called The Healer, The Analyst, or The Priestess, representing purity, discernment, and sacred service. As the mutable earth sign ruled by Mercury, Virgo blends practicality with wisdom, grounding cosmic intelligence into daily life. The SHADOW SIDE can become overly critical, perfectionistic, or anxious when control and order take precedence over compassion and flow.
Over the course of the Virgo Season in 2025 some interesting things may be shaking up your world when it comes to your everyday life, health and schedule.According to PARADE, “if you are feeling that this year has a whole next level feel to it —its because its a Cosmic Reset Portal.” It all starts August 22/23rd (depending on where you are in the world) with the first of two New Moons in Virgo and it even though its all about new beginnings—with the Eclipse energy coming in fast there just might be a shake up to the new beginnings you are seeking. Then on September 2, Mercury transitions into Virgo. You might find that you are figuring out problems easier, communication may be sharper and detail oriented—and this might hit harder with the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on September 7th. Emotions may be over powering your thoughts, communication and hidden truths may come out. ESPECIALLY if you are a mutable sign (Pisces, Sag, Virgo, and Gemini) and Pisces is hitting (yourself) 1st house, (home/family) 4th house, (relationships) 7th house, or (work) 10th house. September 13th there is a Cazimi with Mercury and Sun in Virgo which gives great inspiration to send out the announcement of great news or show off your creation, today is that day! Love gets practical on September 19th when Venus rolls into Virgo. And the final push is September 21st with the 2nd New Moon (Solar Eclipse) that will finish this Virgo portal to take care of yourself, your health, your work priorities, and your daily routines.
However your Virgo Season starts and finishes I hope you find the magic in the simple things and how to take time for yourself and self care, but even if you shift only 2 mm you will still help the world in your own way.
